Frequently Asked Questions

How do I establish a User Id and password?

If you have used the YMCA Online Registration system in the past, please use your current User Id and password in MemberLink. Please do not establish a new User Id and password.

  1. Click on “Register an Account” in the upper right hand side of screen.
  2. Follow directions for finding your participation file in the system, click “Find me”.
  3. If you (or your child) have never participated in YMCA of the Fox Cities programs, click “Add me”.
  4. Follow directions and complete form, establish User Id and Password, click “Sign up”.

How do I change my User Id and/or password?

  1. Sign into MemberLink using current User Id and password.
  2. Click on the, My Account tab near the top of the page.
  3. Click on the, Change User Id or password link?.
  4. Enter your information in the text boxes.
  5. Click on the, Update button to save the changes.
  6. You will receive an automated E-mail confirmation.

How do I change my E-mail address?

  1. Sign into MemberLink using current User Id and password.
  2. Type in your new email address.
  3. Click on the, Update button to save the changes.
  4. You will receive an automated text box confirmation and click ok to save.

What do I do if I forget my password?

  1. Sign into MemberLink click the, I forgot my User Id or password link just under the Sign in button.
  2. Enter the information in either birthdate/User Id or birthdate/email in the text boxes.
  3. Click on the, Send my Password button.
  4. An automated E-mail will be sent to you with your User Id and password in it.

How do I change my family or family member’s information?

  1. Sign into MemberLink using current User Id and password.
  2. Click on the My Account tab near the top of the page.
  3. Reenter your password.
  4. Change your information or click on the family member link you would like to change at the top of the page.
  5. Enter your information in the correct text boxes.
  6. Click Update button to save the changes. Check the box on the bottom to update address and phone changes for all other family members if needed.
  7. You will receive an automated confirmation on changes.
