Q: How do I establish a User Id and password? |
If you have used the YMCA Online Registration system in the past, please use your current User Id and password in MemberLink. Please do not establish a new User Id and password.
- Click on “Register an Account” in the upper right hand side of screen.
- Follow directions for finding your participation file in the system, click “Find me”.
- If you (or your child) have never participated in YMCA of the Fox Cities programs, click “Add me”.
- Follow directions and complete form, establish User Id and Password, click “Sign up”.

- Sign into MemberLink using current User Id and password.
- Click on the, My Account tab near the top of the page.
- Click on the, Change User Id or password link?.
- Enter your information in the text boxes.
- Click on the, Update button to save the changes.
- You will receive an automatic E-mail confirmation..

Q: How do I change my E-mail address? |
- Sign into MemberLink using current User Id and password.
- Type in your new email address.
- Click on the, Update button to save the changes.
- You will receive an automated text box confirmation and click ok to save.

Q: What do I do if I forget my password? |
- Click Sign into MemberLink
- Click here for Assistance just under the Did you forget your ID or Password?
- Enter the information in either birth date/User Id or birth date/email in the text boxes.
- Click on the, Send my Password button.
- An automated E-mail will be sent to you with your User Id and password in it.

Q: How do I change my family or family member’s information? |
- Sign into MemberLink using current User Id and password.
- Click on the My Account tab near the top of the page.
- Reenter your password.
- Change your information or click on the family member link you would like to change at the top of the page.
- Enter your information in the correct text boxes.
- Click Update button to save the changes. Check the box on the bottom to update address and phone changes for all other family members if needed.
- You will receive an automated confirmation on changes.
