Online Registration Information

Please read the following information to make your registration easy and a time saver.

Online Registration becomes MemberLink

The YMCA of the Fox Cities has upgraded their current software and the online portal is now called MemberLink. If you have used the YMCA of the Fox Cities online registration in the past, please use that User Id and Password. No need to establish a new one. Sign into MemberLink:  If you have already established a User ID and password, click “Sign into MemberLink” and continue on. 

Sign up on MemberLink

If you need to find your participant file in our system to then establish a User Id and password or if this is your first time registering online, click "Sign Up” and follow the directions to set up a User ID and password. Or click “Register an Account” and follow the directions to set up a User ID and password.

Time

Registration computers are programmed to open registration at 6:00 am on the opening day of registration.

Look Up

Once you have signed into MemberLink, search for your classes by selecting appropriate branch location, click “Current Session”, and type in part or the entire name of the class from the brochure into “Keywords” search.  Click the class you are interested in registering for and details will appear.

Advanced Search

If you would like to add additional age criteria for your search of programs, click “Advanced Search”.

Program Session

Current Session is classes that are currently in session or are currently taking registration for.

Up and Coming Sessions are the up and coming session(s) that will be available for viewing one week prior to the start of registration.  Once the programs are open for registration please use the Current Sessions.

All Sessions are the combined listing of all sessions that have classes that still are available for registration

Register

Once you have found the class needed, click on the box that says “Add to Cart”.  When all classes selected are in cart, click “View Cart”.  If classes are correct, click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter credit card information.  To complete transaction click “Finalize Check Out” to finish.  Print your receipt for your records.  Credit voucher in the system will also be available to be used for online transactions. Program members should present their receipt at the Member Service Desk to receive a program pass for the session.

My Account

This tab will allow updating information in your and or family file. Account information such as address, phone and email can be updated.

Transaction

This tab will show history of transactions and registrations.

Adding new members to a membership

Call or stop by in person at your local Y to add members to your account.

Age Requirements

Participants need to meet the age requirements of the class by the time they register for the class. For exceptions please contact the Director of the appropriate department.

Swim Registration

Swim registration is closed after the first week of classes. Please call the Aquatic Department at your YMCA location for exceptions or questions.

Alternate forms of registration

No phone, mail in or faxed registration will be accepted.

Discounts, coupons or credits

If you are an employee, have scholarship discounts or coupons, you must register in person.  Discounts are not available online and will not be refunded or credited after the transaction is completed.

Registration Confirmation

When your transaction is complete an e-mail confirmation receipt will be sent to you.  General public must bring your receipt to the first day of class to receive a program pass from the Member Services Desk.  Please show your pass for entry at the Member Services Desk or class each time you attend your class.

In Person Only

There will be some programs that require in person registration only. Many of these require extra information, medical or parental permission.  Information on days/times and fees will be on line but the form will indicate the need to register in person.

All transactions must be paid for by Credit Card. We accept Master Card, VISA and Discover.
