ACTIVE OLDER ADULT GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
As we age, we begin to lose bone density, balance and coordination. The good news is that there is something we can do about it! Strength training and creating a fitness program can deter or prevent these issues from occurring. At the Y, we can help you get started. Everyday activities will become easier, posture will improve and you’ll look and feel great!
Have fun learning Spanish! Whether you're a beginner starting with the basics or looking to practice your speaking, reading or writing skills, the Y offers classes for everyone. Develop your ability to build bridges as you learn language and culture to strengthen our community. All lessons take place at the Thompson Center on Lourdes, located at 2331 E Lourdes Drive in Appleton.
