ACTIVE OLDER ADULT GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
As we age, we begin to lose bone density, balance and coordination. The good news is that there is something we can do about it! Strength training and creating a fitness program can deter or prevent these issues from occurring. At the Y, we can help you get started. Everyday activities will become easier, posture will improve and you’ll look and feel great!
SMALL GROUP TECHNOLOGY CLASSES
Increase your comfort level! These introductory classes are designed specifically for those who want or need to learn the very basics of today's technology.
Held at the Neenah-Menasha YMCA. Join us on the second Tuesday of each month for these FREE small group technology classes. Each month will focus on a different technology topic. Register at the Member Services Desk of the Neenah-Menasha YMCA or by calling 920.729.9622.
