Every other Wednesday beginning May 31, join Dr. Will Hartman with Advanced Physical Therapy for an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, create walking goals and meet and connect with friends while walking along the CE Trail this summer. Bring your questions and walking shoes! Encouraged for Foreverwell ages 55+
Participants will meet in the lobby of Heart of the Valley YMCA. Walks will start at 8:00 AM and last no longer than 45 minuets.
