Waves start every 20 minutes
Put your fitness to the test and push your limits in this unique fitness challenge where you compete against yourself to conquer 10 fitness exercises (Zones) & (4) quarter mile runs. Each Fit Challenge Zone will provide a well-rounded functional test for all fitness levels.
Showcase and celebrate your physical and mental toughness in a fun and competitive “special event” atmosphere.
