EXPLORE APPLETON YMCA SUMMER CAMPS
PLEASE NOTE: In order to register for multiple days, or an entire week, after clicking the "Register Now" link, you must select a specific camp program from the grey box at the top of the screen. If you don't follow this step, you will be required to register for each day separately.
Camp Shioc is licensed and Youngstar rated. The Appleton YMCA maintains 10 beautiful acres 20 miles northwest of Appleton. Camp Shioc is a fully enclosed campus, which also includes a complete infrastructure of eating facilities and lavatories for kids ages 5-12 (must have completed 5K).
SUMMER SCHOOL AGE
These Summer School Age programs are licensed and Youngstar rated. Programming for children ages 5-12 at two convenient locations: Ferber and Janet Berry elementary schools.
CHILD LEARNING CENTER (CLC)
The Child Learning Center is licensed and Youngstar rated. The YMCA Child Learning Center (CLC) is for children ages 5-12 (5-year-olds must have completed kindergarten). Our program is designed to provide an encouraging, creative and enriching environment for your child this summer.
Adventure Camp is licensed and Youngstar rated.
Held at Appleton YMCA, Adventure Day Camp is a fun and exciting introductory day camp experience for boys and girls ages 4-6. There will be lots of safe and healthy activities geared toward their developmental level.
Camp Hope is a 2-week long day camp for children ages 6-15 with physical and cognitive disabilities. This camp gives children the opportunity to experience outdoor activities in a safe setting built around special themes each day.
For youth ages 5-13, sports camps provide a fun and safe environment for your child to grow not only as an athlete but also as a person.
ARTS & EDUCATION CAMPS
Camps are for children ages 5-13. Explore a variety of art and education opportunities this summer.
SUMMER EXTENDED DAY LEARNING PROGRAM
For children ages 5-12 years. Held at Horizons, Jefferson, Johnston, Lincoln and McKinley
The Summer Extended Day Learning Program is designed to make lasting changes in the lives of children through positive youth development. The Summer Extended Day Learning Program runs from 11:30 AM-5:30 PM daily during the four weeks of summer school. Children must be enrolled in summer school to attend. We offer weekly field trips, open swim at the Y and hands-on learning and a wide variety of fun summer activities.
