SPRINT 8 CHALLENGE:
November 27, 2023 - January 21, 2024

Sprint 8 Challenge at Appleton YMCA

Challenge details: a 20-minute high-intensity interval workout that includes a warm-up, eight 30-second sprints followed by 90 seconds of active recovery, and cool-down.

  • Treadmills, bikes and rowers with the SPRINT 8 program will guide you through the workout with sprint and active recovery intervals.
  • Participants will have before and end-of-challenge body weight and composition taken in the Wellness Center.
  • Tiered prizes for the number of workouts completed.

Challenge goal: Complete as many SPRINT 8 workouts as you can during this 8-week timeframe.

To track your progress, you can:

  • Complete the form to the right to submit your Sweat Score
  • OR
  • Write your Sweat Score on the board in the Wellness Center.
