RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
The Resource Development department leads the fundraising efforts at the YMCA of the Fox Cities. The Y is a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. In our department, the primary effort is to raise funds for our Annual Campaign so we can provide financial assistance for members, children and families in the Fox Cities, who otherwise could not afford it due to financial hardship.
We also lead a large fundraising event, our Annual Golf Outing in August, and proceeds from this event benefit the Annual Campaign, so the Y can keep our promise of turning no one away due to the inability to pay.
Lastly, we maintain our Planned Giving/Heritage Club Membership, which includes individuals who have made a legacy gift to the Y so our programs, traditions, and mission will continue for generations to come.
All staff are welcome and encouraged to help with the Annual Campaign by making strong connections with our members and the community at large. You are our best resource in helping communicate our work, our mission and our impact!
