- Login to UKG
- Click the hamburger menu in upper left corner
- Click the single person My Info icon
- Click My HR > HR Actions
- Click Available
- Find the 403b Form and click Start
- Complete the form
- Click Save
- Click Submit
To see your current 403-b Smart account contribution in UKG
- Log into UKG
- Click the hamburger menu
- Click My Info
- Click My Information
- Click My Profile
- Click My Profile
- Click the Payroll tab
- Look for the Deductions section
