Our YMCA offers programs for all ages, abilities and stages of life. As the leading nonprofit dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the YMCA of the Fox Cities (YMCA) is committed to providing programs and services to children and families that are inclusive of individuals with special needs. In addition, the Y is committed to providing staff with clear and consistent guidelines for compliance with federal, state, and local laws, Association standards and best practices.

Adaptive & Inclusive
Adaptive & Inclusive Programming at the Y partners with families and individuals. The focus is to provide individuals, with unique abilities, access to programs and activities in a safe, fun atmosphere that encourages self-sufficiency, socialization and staying active.
Aquatics/Swim Team
Beginner to competitive level swim lessons designed for 6 months to adult. Specialty programs include kayaking, lifeguarding, diving, private, small group, special needs lessons and swim team.
Child Care and School Age
Programs include licensed Child Care for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age, Preschool, Pre-K, Community Based 4K, part-time Kids Corner and Drop-In care. Before and After School Care for ages 5-12 at 30 local schools.
Dance
Instructional, recital & competitive programs for ages 2 and older. Classes offered in tap, ballet, hip-hop, jazz, ballroom, middle eastern and technique workshops. Please note that Dance programs register July 8th for Y Members and July 11th for the General Public for Fall Programming.
Education & Leadership
Classes for babysitting and safety, theater, filmmaking and foreign language for youth and teens. Adult offerings include computer and technology instruction, foreign language and educational trips.
Environmental Education
Classes offered for ages 2 and older. Develop a love of nature and the outdoors through hikes and programs using both the Preserve and Nature Study Classroom.
Events & Family Activities
Special Events and Family-focused activities for all ages including community race events, fitness events, holiday parties and family fun nights.
Fine Arts
Progressive instruction for ages 2 and older in drawing, pottery, sculpture, painting, glass fusing and basic 2D and 3D projects.
ForeverWell
Social, wellness and educational programs designed for adults ages 55 +.
Growth & Development
Educational and developmental programs for children 2-6 years that include crafts, stories, and large and fine motor skill enhancement.
Gymnastics
Progressive classes for girls and boys ages 18 months–17 years. Also available are tumbling only and competitive gymnastics programs.
Health & Fitness
A variety of land, cycling, mind/body and water classes for individuals ages 14 and older. We also offer prenatal, teen and youth fitness classes.
Music
Individualized private and semi-private instruction for participants ages 5 and older in piano, violin, vocal, drums and guitar.

Racquet Sports
Whether you are looking to practice, play with friends or take lessons, we are excited to be offering our members the tennis program they are looking for.
Sports
Sports programs and leagues for youth ages 3 and older and adults that provide skill development, teamwork, confidence building and wellness.
Wellness Services
Services include personal training, nutrition counseling, equipment orientations, LIVESTRONG, diabetes prevention and massages for ages 10 and older.
Summer Day Camps
Camp opportunities for participants ages 5-14 including day camps, sports, arts, outdoor skills, school age care, teen and specialty camps.
Camp Nan A Bo Sho
An overnight YMCA Camp in Lakewood, WI for children ages 6-16. You will make friends, try new outdoor activities, and develop character and independence.
