THE YMCA OF THE FOX CITIES INVITES YOU TO JOIN THIS FREE CHALLENGE TO REENERGIZE SPIRIT, MIND AND BODY.
Six weeks; November 9- December 20. Free & open to the community.
GOAL: 6-week challenge to be active for 20 minutes or more, 3-5 days a week plus additional weekly challenges.
Each week we’ll try new challenges together, each of us creating our own customizable calendar of activities, choosing from the weekly suggested STRONG activities, designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life that is STRONG. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and get your family to join in!
Participants will receive emails and texts each week filled with motivation, encouragement, and celebrations of your success.
Having a prominent place in the home to post your goals to see every day and track your progress will be key in these first days. Having an accountability buddy (an AccountabiliBuddy) or partner in the challenge will provide the motivation you need within your existing network.
