The Soldiers Square parking ramp, a fixture of downtown Appleton for more than 50 years, will be razed and replaced starting Tuesday. The Appleton YMCA closed the ramp this week and advised its members and participants to use a temporary surface parking lot constructed south of the YMCA on land owned by U.S. Venture.
