Membership dues cover operating costs such as staff wages, building maintenance and repairs, new equipment and more. Donations help ensure that the vital programs we offer remain accessible to people who want to participate in Y programs and services but are unable to do so due to their financial circumstances.
Yes. The YMCA of the Fox Cities is a nonprofit organization classified by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) corporation. Based on that designation, all contributions to the YMCA are considered tax-deductible. Our EIN is 39080619.
We accept online donations, Venmo, credit card, and card on account for members. Cash or check donations can be made at any YMCA branch location. For bank draft, stock gifts, or planned giving, please contact our Resource Development team for next steps.
Your support is important. As a member of the community, you benefit from having a strong YMCA in your neighborhood. Everything the Y does contributes to making individuals and the community stronger. Thanks to the generosity of donors to the Mission in Action Campaign, thousands of individuals and families have the support they need to grow and become the best versions of themselves through Y programs and services.
We are thankful for United Way’s partnership, which helps sustain our Early Childhood Child Care and Extended Day Learning Program. Their funding is restricted to these areas. Other donations are essential to sustaining access and financial assistance across all YMCA programs.
