The YMCA of the Fox Cities offers group exercise classes at all six branch locations, with options for every fitness level and interest. From yoga, Pilates and cycling to HIIT, aqua aerobics and strength training, there is a class that fits your schedule and your goals. Most classes are included with your Y membership. Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and bringing your own mat is encouraged.
Classes are designed for those 14 and up, however exceptions can be made for those 8-13. Please check with the Health and Fitness Director/Coordinator or instructor before attending a class.
Proper footware for exercising such as shoes and socks. Some classes may have barefoot as an option such as yoga or water class.
If you are new to a class, we recommend coming early and letting instructor know of any health concerns or questions you may have.
