STRENGTH TRAIN TOGETHER

Strength Train Together maximizes your workout results with 60 minutes of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement when you combine traditional strength training with functional exercises using an adjustable barbell, weights and bodyweight. Held at Appleton YMCA and Fox West YMCA

Defend Together is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the newest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness. This workout combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music.

FLEXIBLE FITNESS SCHEDULING

Registration is not required for all FREE/Value Added land, cycling, water and mind/body fitness classes.  Members are able to drop-in and attend these classes as our “Flexible Fitness Scheduling.”  

HOLIDAY WEEK - LIMITED SCHEDULE
