Find out what our Y has to offer to help you reach your goals and become a healthier you! We will meet with you to discuss your wellness journey, help you find the right classes to take, teach you the correct use of our cardio and strength equipment and more.
SMART START HEALTH STRATEGY SESSION
Sit down with our Wellness Staff to discuss your current exercise, nutrition, stress and more. We will meet with you to work through your current behaviors, plan your future goals, and determine how the Y can support and guide you along the way. This is a great first step if you are new to exercise, getting back on track, or an avid exerciser looking for a little more guidance and expertise!
JUMP START
Ready to take your fitness journey to new heights? Our Jump Start program is the answer!
Whether you're just beginning your fitness adventure or seeking to break through plateaus, Jump Start offers the personalized guidance and support you need to achieve your goals. Jump Start includes 4 sessions, each led by certified personal trainers and wellness specialists. Each 30-minute session will give you the knowledge needed to use wellness center equipment and reach your fitness goals. With sessions occurring every 4 weeks, JumpStart provides the perfect opportunity to ignite your passion for fitness and transform your lifestyle.
The best part... this program is FREE for Y Members!
ADVANCED HEALTH COACHING
Offered at Neenah-Menasha YMCA. You've probably started down the road to better health before, but due to challenges were not able to reach your destination; not enough time, you didn't feel like you quite fit in, or you weren't motivated to keep going. If you are ready to take that first step again, we are here to help you with guided support and encouragement!
EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
Selectorized, Free Weights and Cardio Equipment. Y Members (age 14 and older) can make an appointment to meet with a qualified Wellness Center Trainer who will teach you the proper form and technique on a full line of our fitness equipment. Cardio equipment will also be included in the orientation process.

This program is FREE for Y Members!
GYM PACK
High school students have a unique opportunity to receive physical education class credits by participating in physical activity at the YMCA of the Fox Cities. Must be a Y member and have written approval from the school administrator/counselor. Additional fee - $24
INJURY CONSULTATION
Our partnership with Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine allows you the following:
- FREE 15-minute assessment
- Assessments include but are not limited to aches, pains, injuries, joint problems, range of motion trouble, and more.
- Please contact the Wellness Center at your local YMCA branch for assessment dates and times.
