HEART OF THE VALLEY YMCA 

We provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum in a child-centered environment of warmth, friendliness, and freedom. Our programs allow children to become independent learners and develop self-confidence for sharing in a classroom setting. 

Advanced registration for all programs are required and your child must be toilet-trained.

*Please note that registration links for Preschool won't be available until January 20, 2025.
Registration links for Wrap-around care will be available on May 5, 2025.

COMPLETE YOUR CHILD'S PROFILE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION

• As YMCA Pre-School & 4K programs are state licensed, the Profile contains all the information we are required to collect by licensing. 
• You will need your child’s immunization records, physician contact information and emergency contact information as this information must be entered into the Profile.
• At the time the Profile is filled out all questions are not required, however, at the time of registration, ALL QUESTIONS will be required. You will not be able to register until all questions are complete.
• We highly recommend you complete the Profile prior to registration day so you can register immediately at 6:00 AM.
• Completing the Profile will take between 25 and 35 minutes.
• The system may time out if you take a break from entering information. To avoid this, click save changes at the bottom of the Profile frequently ensuring anything you have entered is saved.
• The Profile can be updated at any time, so as information changes, you can edit the Profile.  (Please note that information entered into the Profile does not update Membership Information).
• The information is stored for future registrations.

Completing the Profile

1. Log in to your online YMCA account. Login Here
2. Click view account from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.
3. Navigate to the membership box on the left-hand side of your screen.
4. Click the edit pencil next to your child’s name.
5. Enter the requested information into each of the fields.
6. Click Save Changes.
