LIVESTRONG AT THE YMCA

A 12-week program designed for cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and or disease.

MASSAGES AND SPA SERVICES

Only Offered at Apple Creek YMCA and Appleton YMCA.

Relaxation, Therapeutic and Sports massages. Chair Massages, Facials and Back Treatments, and waxing treatments are also offered. Please call to make an appointment. When making your appointment, please let them know if you have any special health issues.

We want to help you simplify the confusion that plagues your plate, and help you get a real taste of success! If you're looking for advice on weight management, athletic performance, or healthy eating habits, seeing our Registered Dietitian might be just what you need!

The Y SNAP program for children and young adults with special needs shines as an example of how participating in healthy activities can result in not only improved physical fitness but also personal growth, fun and friendships.

SYNERGY SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Whether you're training for a race or event, or simply to keep up with your grandkids - small group training is a great option to work towards your goals while surrounded by supportive and motivating friends! You'll sweat together, laugh together, and hurt together - all while getting expert instruction and coaching from our Certified Personal Trainers!

YOUTH & TEEN FITNESS

Stay active and develop healthy habits with programs designed just for youth and teens. These programs give you the opportunity to learn new equipment, practice proper technique, discover new workout ideas all while having fun and making friends!
