Staying active, developing healthy habits, learning leadership responsibilities and developing lifelong friendships—these are all areas the Y helps youth and teens excel in. Teens are a great resource in our community. They have talents and energy. They care about others. The Y has always encouraged teens to provide leadership with younger kids.
Youth Nights and Teen Nights dates, times, prices and activities vary by branch.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to work out and be healthy! Youth are invited to learn how to safely and properly use the cardio and weight training equipment in our fitness centers*. This is available to members ages 11-14 years. Contact your local Y to schedule an appointment.
*Neenah-Menasha YMCA has a designated Fit Zone area for children ages 11-14 years old to work out. Orientations are still required.

Strength and Conditioning for Everyone! Visit our Healthy Living Studio anytime during the designated hours to take part in the “workout of the week.” These workouts are designed and supervised by a trainer specifically for 11-15 year olds. All levels of activity are welcome!
