FitCore Reformer is a pre-choreographed reformer class based on classical Pilates positions. While incorporating the whole body, it focuses on your powerhouse muscles - glutes, abdominals, and inner thighs - to help stabilize and control movements. FitCore Reformer is great for building core strength, flexibility, mobility and stamina.
