Pre & Post-Rehab
Recovering from or preparing for a knee, hip, or shoulder replacement or surgery? Our trained specialists are ready to work with you and prepare you physically prior to and/or after surgery for a musculoskeletal injury.
Work out one-on-one, with a partner or as a group by purchasing a Personal Training package at one of our Y locations. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are available in packages of 4, 6, 8, 12 or 20 sessions.
