FitCore Reformer is a pre-choreographed reformer class based on classical Pilates positions. While incorporating the whole body, it focuses on your powerhouse muscles - glutes, abdominals and inner thighs - to help stabilize and control movements. FitCore Reformer is great for building core strength, flexibility, mobility and stamina.
Schedule runs from January 5-February 22 - This is a 7-week class. Monday registrations can only attend on Monday's class and Wednesday registrations can only attend on Wednesdays, etc. Classes are non-transferable and will not be prorated based on date of registration.
