FitCore™ Reformer is an innovative fitness fusion program that combines the best of Pilates reformer exercise with body weight exercise, standing work, and stretching.
FitCore™ Reformer is a pre-programmed, balanced workout that has a high sweat factor. Group classes on Pilates equipment are taught in a creative and unique way staying true to the foundations of Pilates movement with standing work and traditional fitness exercises added in to rev the heart rate up. Music is an essential and uplifting component of FitCore™ Reformer classes, enhancing performance and mood and endurance. FitCore™ --we give the instructor the chance to be the star.
