WILD WISCONSIN - CRANES & RIVER WONDERS
Wednesday, July 15, 2026
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Wisconsin’s natural landscapes! Our day
begins at the International Crane Foundation, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour
through serene habitats and learn about the conservation of these elegant,
endangered birds.
Next, we’ll travel to Wisconsin Dells, giving you time to explore and enjoy lunch
at a local restaurant of your choice on the River Walk.
In the afternoon, relax aboard a boat tour of the Upper Wisconsin River,
gliding past towering sandstone cliffs, lush forests, and unique rock formations
shaped by centuries of flowing water. This cruise includes two exclusive shore
landings: Witches Gulch — a dramatic and spooky walk through a passage
carved by wind and water; and Stand Rock — a towering pillar of sandstone
that’s home to the famous dog leap to the top of the tall rock.
Travel back to the valley reflecting on all the natural beauty of the day.
