Q: My account is locked, how can I proceed?

A: If your account is locked, there is a manditory 15 minute wait period. YMCA staff cannot override this lock, you must wait 15 minutes before trying to login to your account again.

Q: How do I know if I already have an online account?

A: If you were a member or participated in a Y program after October 1, 2016, then you are in our system and accessing your account is easy! For detailed instructions on accessing your account, visit our Create My Online Account page. 

Q: I'm a current Y Member and have not set up an online account in the new system. How can I manage my online account?

A: Yes, you can enter the email address or phone number tied to your account. For detailed instructions on accessing your account, visit our Create My Online Account page and follow the four steps.

Q: What can I do in online account management?

A: Manage My Account allows you to sign up for programs, change your billing information, edit your contact information, download your tax statement for last year’s child care and/or donations, keep track of your account information and more.

Q: I do not have an online account, but I want to sign up for Y programs. How do I do that online?

A: Since you have not participated in a Y program or have not been a member since October 1, 2016, navigate to our Join page and click the Join Now button. When setting up your account, first select your branch, then choose the "General Public" account type if you wish to purchase programs without becoming a member. For detailed instructions, visit our Create My Online Account page and follow the four steps.

Q: I have an online account and I would like to rejoin online. How do I do that?

A: Login to your online account and then click My Account > Join Now. Ensure the correct branch is selected and then select the membership type you would like to have and click the Next button. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the membership process.

Q: Can I add others who reside in my household to my account?

A: To add additional people to your membership, please contact us by email with the following information:

  • First & Last Name
  • Birthdate
  • Gender
  • Race
  • Home Address
  • Home Phone
  • Emergency Contact First & Last Name
  • Emergency Contact Phone Number.

Q: Can I make modifications to my draft date?

A: You can update the card or bank account we currently draft your membership fees from your online account by editing the billing method below your picture on your online account, but to change your draft date you must stop by one of our local Ys during our Hours of Operation.

Financial Assistance & Online Registration:

Membership For All recipients may be able to auto-apply financial assistance to some program fees when registering online, however certain programs have limited discounts or no discounts at all. See your Membership For All proposal for details or contact the Member Services department at your local branch.
